This Italian Pepperoncini  (a popular Italian pepper) is perfect for pickling, cooking or simply eating fresh. This bushy plant produces 3-5″ wrinkly peppers which have thin walls and a sweet, gentle heat. It's an all-purpose pepper which can be picked at the yellow-green stage for pickling, or you can allow them to ripen greenish-red for eating raw or for use in cooking!
