Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Our goal is to ship every order within 12 business hours of receiving it. During holidays and instances of high volume orders may require a full 48 business hours to ship.
While we make every effort to get orders out as fast as possible, delays at USPS or weather related delays may increase the total time it takes an order to reach your address.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed during checkout. If the order is completed, your shipping charges will not change. In the event that USPS, UPS, Fedex, or our other shipping partners increase the rate for a particular shipment, SeedCatalog will cover the difference.
We optimize our fulfillment and packaging process to ensure we secure the lowest possible shipping rates via USPS.
"Free shipping" offers are offered on a promotional basis, and will be included at checkout for an applicable promotion.
For calculated delivery times: Delivery estimates are calculated and displayed during checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only and may change due to factors outside our control such as weather, delays by the shipper, or other unforeseen circumstances.
The following shipping rates are sample rates only, for a standard or "average" SeedCatalog order. Actual rates are calculated in during checkout and will be displayed as separate line item prior to completing a purchase:

Local delivery
Free local delivery is only available for our retail distributors in the western US.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping. For regulatory reasons, we do not ship currently ship outside the US.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Order status, and tracking information can also be found by logging into your SeedCatalog.com account. This option is not available for orders placed via "guest checkout"
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@seedcatalog.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
SeedCatalog will ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please note, to avoid any delays or disruptions in shipping please select USPS as your shipping option during checkout.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
SeedCatalog accepts returns and issues refunds in accordance with our refund policy. The policy can be found at the bottom of our site pages or by clicking this link.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@seedcatalog.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
